Flavours

I do not have a set list of flavours and am more than happy to create a flavour combination completely unique to you, whether it's a spring themed rhubarb and rose flavour or a cocktail inspired cake!

Below I have listed some of my most popular flavours.

White Chocolate and Raspberry

The most popular flavour I make!

A white chocolate and raspberry sponge with fresh raspberries and white chocolate chips, vanilla buttercream and a seedless raspberry jam topped with a white chocolate drizzle!

Salted Caramel

A caramel sponge with a caramel flavoured buttercream and a homemade salted caramel sauce.

Black Forest

A chocolate sponge, vanilla buttercream topped with a dark morello cherry conserve.

Sticky Toffee*

A recipe very close to my heart as it originates from my home county of Cumbria! This is a family recipe too!

A date filled sponge topped with vanilla buttercream and a homemade toffee sauce!

*This flavour is only available for wedding cakes.

Chocolate

For the chocolate lovers!

A chocolate sponge, chocolate buttercream and milk chocolate sauce!

You can choose to swap the milk chocolate for dark or white chocolate or even caramel sauce!

Zingy Lemon

A lemon sponge, lemon drizzle, lemon flavoured buttercream and a zingy Sicilian lemon curd.

I can also add blueberries or white chocolate chips for something a little different!

Pornstar Martini

A vanilla sponge with a Prosecco drizzle, vanilla buttercream and a passionfruit curd!

Bakewell

An almond based sponge with added chopped cherries, almond flavoured buttercream and a cherry conserve.

This is also nice with fresh raspberries in place of the cherries and seedless raspberry jam instead of the conserve!

Mocha

A coffee based sponge with a coffee infused buttercream and a dark or milk chocolate sauce.

Biscoff

A lightly spiced sponge with Biscoff added, a Biscoff buttercream and Biscoff spread. A sprinkle of Biscoff biscuits can be added to give a little crunch and extra texture. I don't think I could add any more Biscoff!
