I'm Louise, a cake designer with over 6 years experience. I specialize in modern cake designs, using various techniques and materials to create bespoke celebration and wedding cakes. 

I love to hand paint and add interest with wafer paper and rice paper.

I also love to use fresh flowers and enjoy growing some of my own flowers and fruits to use in my creations.

I live in Grantham, Lincolnshire and work from my 5 star hygiene rated 'cake kitchen' which has everything I need to create cakes for my customers. 

I regularly complete online food hygiene and allergen courses to make sure my knowledge is up to date.
